  • Condition: The jar is very good with no damage. The glass liner on the Atlas lid is cracked.

    Description

    A nice old canning jar with "MASON" in raised block letters on one side.  The only other mark on the jar is a raised "6" or "9" on the bottom.  The zinc lid has "ATLAS" embossed on the top.  The glass has a fine, orange peel like texture.  The rim of the jar is more roughly finished than on newer jars.  It is 7" tall, including the lid and 3-5/8" wide.  The condition of the glass is quite good and clean.  The only issue I can find is a small rough spot at the edge of the base that almost looks like where a bubble reached
    the surface.  The lid is good except the glass liner is cracked (see the last photo).  You may return this within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied for any reason. Good luck.
